This Online Diamond Presales System is generally a computerized bidding system for ease of
the selling of diamonds.

1.1 SYSTEM OVERVIEW

Online Diamond Presales System is a web based application, which allows the selling of
diamonds by easing the bidding process involved when selling the precious gems. This
application provides an electronic version of bidding and awarding. This systems runs on every
device that supports web browsing and it is advised to use a Desktop/Laptop or devices with a
big resolution like 768x1024 and above.

1.2 ORGANIZATION OF THE MANUAL

The user’s manual consists of 3 sections: General Information, Getting Started and Using The
System. General Information section explains in general terms the system and the purpose for
which it is intended. Getting Started section explains how to get around when using the system.
The section presents briefly system menu. Using The System section provides a detailed
description of system functions and the tender process.
